Harris Teeter Coupon Policy Basics:

Doubles coupons .99 or less everyday

Doubles up to 20 coupons per day

Doubles up to 3 identical coupons (must have required product to go with each coupon)

BOGO sales ring up at half price. If you just buy one, it still rings up at half price. The policy has recently changed and now states that you can only use two coupons on a BOGO deal. So, if you buy 2 items that are BOGO, you can use two coupons (which is a very good thing!).

Click HERE for the official Harris Teeter Coupon Policy.

Senior discount: Seniors 60 and older receive a 5% discount every Thursday. Discount applies after coupons are deducted.

e-coupons: Don’t forget to add the e-coupons to your Harris Teeter VIC card and remember, you can stack the e-coupons (also known as ZVR coupons) with manufacturer coupons to maximize savings. The link to your e-coupons are in your Wednesday e-Vic e-mail. Click HERE to sign up for e-Vic digital coupons. You can also add the e-coupons to your Vic card through your account at HarrisTeeter.com. Remember that not everyone gets the same ZVR coupons. If I have a ZVR digital coupon listed below, it does not mean that you have it available in your digital coupons.

Did awesome tonight - I got: 6 Yakisoba, 1 cat chow, 2 Mueller pasta, 2 Angel Soft tissues, 3 Dawn, 3 Colgate toothpaste - $33.70 worth of stuff for $2.88! Thanks Faye!! :)

  • themommyliza Jan 16, 2014

The Multi-grain Peanut Butter Cheerios are included in the e-Vic special and the Multi-grain coupons you mentioned are good on them. The other Multi-grain Cheerios are not included in the sale.

HT in Wakefield had the Mrs. Smith's Apple pies with caramel sauce at the 2.99 price. They didn't ring up at the register, but there was a sign in front of them, so they honored it. Could be a mistake...

  • sbigham3 Jan 15, 2014

I'm going to ask a real dumb question but isn't the cereal deal a better one at HT than Target now? (No gift cards to worry about too).

  • Faye Prosser - Smart Shopper Jan 15, 2014

Thanks jallen! Great deal at 14 cents each!

FYI to others - the Vintage seltzer coupon is from the 12/15 RP insert and expires on 1/18.

  • JLAllen Jan 15, 2014

Sorry, that should have been 43c total or 14c each

  • JLAllen Jan 15, 2014

    Vintage Seltzer 1 Liters BOGO + $1/3Q = $1.43 or 48c each

  • RaleighFoodBlogger Jan 15, 2014

Faye- it was a great day at HT for me too! My DH requested some extras (he's bad at that lol!), but in the end, I did great too!

    Paid $27 saved $60.

I bought 1 goldfish, 2 multi grain p-butter cheerios (these worked w/the evic and .75 Q), 2 Cascadian farm granola bars, 4 Quaker granola bars, 2 angel soft tissues, 4 yakisoba, 1 apple cider vinegar, 1 fig newtons, 2 fisher trail mix, 2 starkist tuna, 1 riceworks crisps, 3 colgate toothpaste, 1 pkg. wraps, 2 kiwi, 1 cucumber, 1 bunch green onions, celery, 2 blistex, and 1 pack. split chicken breasts.

    Thanks for the great list!!!

Not bad for some healthy stuff, plus a ton to give to charity! :-)

I bought Quaker granola bars (great for lunches), Angel Soft facial tissue, Riceworks rice chips, Campbells soup, Prego sauce, Mueller's pasta, Starkist tuna (good donation item for the food bank), Colgate toothpaste, Boca veggie burgers (even on sale those things are expensive!), Mrs Smiths sweet tater and pumpkin pies, HT shredded cheese, Mission tortillas.

remer54 - thanks for the old el paso info!

  • Faye Prosser - Smart Shopper Jan 15, 2014

Added and changed a few deals above:

The HT 8 oz shredded cheese is $1.66 each (I incorrectly typed in $1.88 yesterday)

    Quaker Popped rice snacks. $1.00 - .75/2 coupon from 1/12 RP = .25 each

Sister Shubert’s mini loaves sale continues from last wseek, 10.25 oz., BOGO for $2.19 - .75/1 coupon available on Smart Shopper coupons link recently, .50/1 coupon from 11/17 SS (expires 1/17) = .69 if you have the .75/1 coupon

The Cheerios dark chocolate crunch cereal did not ring up at the $1.77 e-vic price but they did correct it for me and give me that price since the size is within the size range of participating Cheerios in the ad. This cereal is not pictured in the ad but the size was. Your store may or may not allow it to count towards the E-vic $1.77 price
