Doubles up to 20 coupons per day

BOGO sales ring up at half price. If you just buy one, it still rings up at half price. You can use a coupon on each item in a BOGO deal. Faye, A while back I asked you about printing coupons - mine never scan (I don't have a laser printer, which you were nice enough to explain might be the reason). HT always honored them - the cashier just had to call a manager. I was at the HT on Hwy 55 in Holly Springs last week, and the manager told me they no longer honor coupons that don't scan:( I just started up a subscription with the N&O to get "real" coupons again. Just thought I'd pass that along to you. HT is still my favorite store!

You are right that they ring up as zero, however, HT corporate has replied that you can use coupons on each item in a b2g3 sale. So if they let you use a coupon that has an actual dollar amount on the zero dollar items, I would think that they would have to let you use a free coke coupon, b/c technically it has a 4.99 max value. I will email HT and ask them and see what they say. I will post the answer. If they say you can use 3 free coupons or 5 for that matter, that would be awesome!

But they do allow a coupon on each item in a B2G3..

Boy those chickens were hugh, 8 & 9 pounds, sounds like a hen to me. I don't like them that large - takes too long to cook them and always concerned they won't get done on the inside.

Can't do that as only two ring up with a value, the other ring up as "0" cost, so only two coupons can be applied.

I'm off in another direction of recent months - teaching sewing classes (quilting in particular) and doing quilting for customers (they make the quilt, I actually quilt it together with the batting, backing). Keeps me busy :) But I do think of you all and always look around when I'm shopping to see if I recognize anyone!!!

I'm a lurker late at night most times..............

I wonder if you could use 3 free coke 12pack coupons on the b2g3 offer. HT allows coupons on each item in those deals so a free coupon wouldn't be any different than a cent off coupon. Then that would take care of the difference between the 4.99 coupon value and the price of the 12 packs

Thanks for the Coke info, Momoffi!

  • Momoffi Jan 15, 2015

Faye - regarding the free Coke 12-pack coupon, note that the maximum value is $4.99. HT has it for, I think, $6.79 reg price. So when you use it for Buy 2 Get 3 Free, you still pay $1.80 each for the 2 you buy, or $3.60 for 5. Still a very good deal. I used one of those coupon before and they took it at $4.99.
