These deals are valid 1/16 - 1/22.

Harris Teeter Coupon Policy Basics:

Doubles coupons .99 or less everyday

Doubles up to 20 coupons per day

If anyone is gluten free there is a decent deal on the Purdue refrigerated chicken tenders. They are on sale 2/$8.00 and there is a $0.75 coupon that was under smartshopper coupons which doubles to make each pack $2.50 instead of the regular $5.50! There are about 12 chicken tenders in each pack and they make a great lunch or dinner... They also have non gluten free nuggets! Also, at the HT by Garrett rd in durham they have a bunch of shampoos on close out. Their Pantene was on sale for $2 each so with the $3 off you pay $0.50 a bottle. The only Pantene I saw was the brunette and blonde expressions and retails at $5.99. They also has nexus and garnier (I think) on close out near the checkout lines.

Oh, should have mentioned that the mixture and amounts of that recipe make 24 large wraps :)

  • Nancy Jan 16, 5:51 p.m.

"Nancy, what is your recipe for breakfast wraps?"

It really is what's on hand. But it goes something like this (substitute just about anything except the eggs :)

Grilled onions, peppers (I use one bag frozen mix)
4-8 Adele Chicken sausages cut up in small bites and pan grill
    1 bag shredded cheddar cheese
1 can small diced tomatoes, drained
    18 (or more) scrambled eggs

I cook all the items necessary first, throw those all in a large bowl, then add the remainder of ingredients. Then I pan warm the large 10" flour tortillas (get those at Aldi's for $1.29 a package of 8) and fill/wrap and stack those on a serving tray. Then I get out my vacuum sealer and bag 2-3 per bag and vacuum seal without totally crushing them. Toss them in the freezer and have a whole lot of quick breakfast/lunch items.

I've used cut up cooked chicken, breakfast sausage, anything I have available for the meat.

Micro from frozen is about 2 min per wrap. From fridge temp, 30 seconds.

Do anyone have any extra Silk soymilk or almond milk coupons from 1/6 SS to share? I am willing to trade some coupons if I have them. Please email me hadiyahr@yahoo.com.

great! my fiance LOVES olives...could eat them with every meal. I personally hate them. I printed several of these to use. :)

Packy - the Mario coupon doubled for me last week at HT. :-)

  • Packy Jan 16, 11:48 a.m.

I have a question on the coupon for the Mario brand olives. On the coupon it says DND and it also begins with a 5. Is it likely that it will be doubled after all?

  • nakabi Jan 16, 11:26 a.m.

I'll be picking up some of the pizza dough!

  • knowles7806 Jan 16, 11:14 a.m.

I'm pretty sure that I have coupons from Incredible Edible Egg FB page for .55/2 any dozen eggs. I hope I haven't let it expire.
