Harris Teeter wins the cereal price battle this week with FREE Cascadian Farm cereal and FREE Golden Grahams cereal! You'll also find Honey Nut Cheerios for 30 cents and Cheerios for 59 cents after coupons and discounts! But wait - there are additional good deals on milk, string cheese, Progresso soup, Greek yogurt, Barilla pasta and much more!

These deals are valid 10/3 - 10/9.

Harris Teeter Coupon Policy Basics:

Doubles coupons .99 or less everyday

Doubles up to 20 coupons per day

Doubles up to 3 identical coupons (must have required product to go with each coupon)

BOGO sales ring up at half price. If you just buy one, it still rings up at half price. The policy has recently changed and now states that you can only use two coupons on a BOGO deal. So, if you buy 2 items that are BOGO, you can use two coupons (which is a very good thing!).

Click HERE for the official Harris Teeter Coupon Policy.

Senior discount: Seniors 60 and older receive a 5% discount every Thursday. Discount applies after coupons are deducted.

e-coupons: Don’t forget to add the e-coupons to your Harris Teeter VIC card and remember, you can stack the e-coupons with manufacturer coupons to maximize savings. The link to your e-coupons are in your Wednesday e-Vic e-mail. Click HERE to sign up for e-Vic digital coupons.

Kelloggs Frosted Mini Wheats Touch of Fruit in the Middle are BOGO; .70/1 coupon (I got it from coupons.com) makes it .44

Just a couple of good deals on Gwaltney products and I apologize if it's been mentioned. I was able to score the hot dogs and bologna for 7 cents per pack thanks to the .45cents off coupon in this past weekends paper. Hot dogs will be used for my daughters bday party this weekend! Also, the bacon was 2/$3. With the 75cents off coupon it was $1.50...not bad for bacon to me!

Does anyone with a receipt know if the Barilla pasta is ringing up at 60 cents each when you buy 5 or are two ringing up at full price and 3 ringing up at zero?

jma47- Tic Tac singles are BOGO at my HT, i'm in greenville. usually, we have the exact sales as in the triangle. the only thing that i've noticed different is that we do not get the "Sunday only" evics deals.

I vacuum seal two burritos to a package. To heat, place one on a microwave safe plate, cover lightly with a paper towel or napkin, heat on high 1 minute then flip over and heat for another 1 min on high - check to be sure it's heated through and you're good to go!

nakabi - that is very interesting! The breakfast/lunch burritos are great as you can use what you have on hand! I made a huge batch of "lunch" burritos yesterday with left over chopped chicken from one of the .69/lb chickens I baked, a head of cooked, chopped broccoli, microwaved pepperoni (to remove fat and make it crisp), diced tomatoes, grilled peppers and onions, a can of rotel (drained), a bag of shredded mozzarella.

Nice to have them on hand for a quick nutritious meal!

Aldi's sells 8" and 10" tortillas for 99 for a package of 10/8 count depending on size.
