<b>SPRING LAKE, N.C.</b> — A Harnett County woman died Sunday after she was struck by lightning on Thursday.

Mary Frank “Frankie” Roberts, 56, of Spring Lake, was walking her two dogs in the Anderson Creek area when she and her dogs were struck. Both of her dogs were also killed.

Roberts is survived by her husband, five children and eight grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held Thursday at 11 a.m. inside the Rogers and Breece Funeral Home Chapel in Fayetteville.
