Harnett County flasher gets probation

John Edward "Eddie" Moore, of 114 Troy Parker Road in Dunn, pleaded guilty two counts of indecent exposure. He was also ordered not to expose himself in public anymore.

In July 2009, an Erwin woman told authorities that Moore exposed himself to her as she drove on U.S. Highway 301 in Dunn. She had two girls, ages 5 and 11, in the car at the time, according to authorities.

Authorities said Moore had been arrested three previous times on indecent exposure charges – twice in 2002 and once in 2008.
