Happy Thanksgiving!

I want to let you know how thankful I am to each and every one of you for being a part of this blog. Your support and willingness to share helps all of us and for that, I am very grateful! I wish you and your families a wonderful, happy and safe Thanksgiving holiday full of love and fabulous food! I'll be taking the day off on Thursday and I hope that many of you can do the same. For those of you who will be working, I'll be thinking of you. I hope you get a chance to enjoy some family time this weekend.

Faye, I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving Day with your family....I want to say thanks to inspiring me and my daughters through the last few years.....you have an amazing spirit (probably from your mom!) of helping others...You have given couponing a GOOD name in the Triangle...by encouraging ethical couponing, donations to others and freely sharing information. I appreciate all you do!

heremeaj-sorry about the late response about your question about goat cheese... my favourite way to dress up goat cheese for parties is to finely chop up tomatoes & capers and place on top of the goat cheese log. Wrap the cheese in phyllo dough sheets (or puff pastry), brush with EVOO, & bake until golden brown..mmmmm

Thank you Faye for all your help with couponing, for all your money saving tips and for the patience you extend to all of us...even if we ask the same question today that someone else just asked yesterday! You are a wonderful mentor! Thank you also to all the blog members who post tips and deals and ask the questions that so many of us want answered!! Although I don't post on a daily basis, I read the blog daily and learn from each and everyone here. I hope you all enjoy your family during this holiday and smile with pride at the great job you've done providing a frugal Thanksgiving meal for your family.
