I want to let you know how thankful I am to each and every one of you for being a part of this blog. Your support and willingness to share helps all of us and for that, I am very grateful! I wish you and your families a wonderful, happy and safe Thanksgiving holiday full of love and fabulous food! I'll be taking the day off on Thursday and I hope that many of you can do the same. For those of you who will be working, I'll be thinking of you. I hope you get a chance to enjoy some family time this weekend.

Heremeaj, I am not a fan of goat cheese, but back in the day we used to make cheese b*lls (really censor?)that we rolled in herbs, nuts, dried cranberries, etc. If it is just sitting by itself on a plate, it's not going to look too interesting. Maybe you can create more of a platter effect with the log of cheese sliced and slightly fanned out, a little pile of stuffed green olives, some slices of salami (try Boars Head D'Oro dry salami - you'll only need like 1/4 lb), and maybe some small carrot and celery sticks. Not to expensive, and it will look pretty and appetizing.

heremeaj-not sure how you would do this (the one I had was store bought), but I have had a roll of goat cheese that had blueberries rolled onto the outside and it was delicious. Not sure if there was anything mixed into the actual log of goat cheese, or it was just plain, though...
