Hanna Andersson at The Streets at Southpoint is hosting a special reading series this summer.
The program runs through Aug. 23 as part of a partnership with Raising a Reader, a group that promotes early literacy and family engagement.

At 11 a.m. on select days in June, July and August, store staff will offer a quick storytime. Anybody who attends the reading will get a 15 percent off coupon for their purchase at the store that day. Kids also can take home a card, which they can use to mark off the times they read at home with mom and dad or attend storytime at the store. Once they fill up the card, they can turn it in to the store to be entered to win the series of books that will be featured this summer.

Here's the schedule and the book titles ("Snoopy Takes Off" was featured on May 31). The programs start at 11 a.m.

June 14: Froggy Goes to Hawaii
July 8: Zoom!
July 19: Duncan The Story Dragon
August 9: This School Year Will Be The Best!
August 23: My Teacher's Secret Life
