RALEIGH, N.C. — Police found a handgun wrapped in a grocery bag they think is linked to the shooting of two Raleigh men last month.

Investigators said interviews and detective work led them to search 3816 Ingram Drive in Raleigh on April 16. There they found a black, semi-automatic gun they think is linked to the March 21 death of Nigel J. Ellison, 18.

Kalife I. Johnson, 19, was also wounded in the shooting at Skycrest Drive and Southall Road in Raleigh.

Police charged Rajal Amed Wisdom Jr., 22, his father, Rajal Amed Wisdom Sr., 45, and his sister Mariah Wisdom, 17, with first-degree murder and attempted first-degree murder.

Sources have said that the suspects were targeting Johnson, who was in a romantic relationship with Mariah Wisdom.
