Grill and wine bar to open Monday at Crabtree Valley Mall

— A rustic grill and wine bar will be opening at Crabtree Valley Mall on Monday.

Seasons 52 will feature a seasonally changing menu prepared using brick ovens and open fire grills, managing partner Andy Blinn said Thursday. Look for the spring menu to feature artichokes, lemons and strawberries. Blinn also said the restaurant will be serving up an Alaskan halibut, alongside its others seafood offerings.

Flatbreads, beer-braised short rib hash, rack of lamb and steak are also on the menu.

Brunch, which will be served on Sundays starting at 10 a.m., will include a brick oven French toast topped with blueberry-infused syrup.

"We use high quality ingredients, good items," Blinn said. "Food guests can feel good about eating."

The bar menu features more than 100 different wines, including 52 served by the glass, in addition to seven local craft beers including Wicked Weed, Big Boss and Lonerider Brewing.

As part of its grand opening, Seasons 52 will be partnering with the Interfaith Food Shuttle. They have also joined Crabtree Valley Mall in its effort to help Make-A-Wish Foundation. One dollar from all sales of each of the restaurant's seasonal mini-indulgence desserts will go to Make-A-Wish. The seasonal mini-indulgence is a goat cheese cheesecake with thyme-infused mousse with honey and walnuts.

Seasons 52 will open Mondays through Saturdays at 11 a.m. and at 10 a.m. on Sundays. Complimentary valet parking is available Saturday and Sunday and starting at 5 p.m. on weekdays.

The Seasons 52 brand has more than 40 locations in 19 states. This will be its first restaurant in North Carolina.
