Great deal on Skippy peanut butter!

Posted September 30, 2013

If you like Skippy peanut butter, you'll LOVE this deal at CVS! Skippy is only 75 cents each with sale, coupons and Extrabucks reward!

Here's how it works:

Skippy peanut butter, 15 – 16.3 oz. is on sale 2 for $5

Extrabucks: Get $3 Extrabucks reward when you buy $10 worth of participating products (including Skippy,  Hellman's, Lipton, Bertolli, Ragu)

Coupons: Use 4 of the $1 Skippy coupons from 9/15 SmartSource insert (there were also .55/1 printable coupons available recently, but they are no longer available to print)

Total for 4 jars of Skippy with 4 of the $1 coupons and $3 Extrabucks = 4 for $3 after reward (.75 each – a great deal!)

I bought 3 jars of crunchy and 1 jar of creamy Skippy yesterday.  If you go through as much peanut butter as we do (husband eats it every single day), this is a super deal!

I agree, 3boys3. If we get down to 2 or 3 jars, I am looking hard for a deal.

oh and it's really sad when you get down to 3 jars of PB and you start getting worried!

so many times I can forget to eat..realize it when I start with a I keep a jar of peanut butter on the counter to remind me to grab it...that jar is MINE...I may grab a spoon and and stuff in my mouth or a piece of fruit and dunk it in and keep going. Love me some PB:)

That is so funny, heremeaj! You know you are couponer when you have dreams about free peanut butter!

I actually dreamed last night that I was at some music event outside and they had a grocery cart of sale items and there were 5 jars of Smart Balance Peanut Butter marked down to 50 cents each. I gathered all 5 in my arms but was annoyed because I knew that I had coupons in my binder that would have made them free....My first coupon dream so it must be in my DNA now...
