Grandma charged with DWI during school pick-up

Clayton, N.C. — A Clayton woman has been charged with being drunk when she went to pick up her grandchildren from school, authorities said.
Susan Eason Kepley, 57, was charged with driving while impaired.
Authorities said she was swerving on Barber Mill Road when deputies pulled her over Wednesday afternoon, and her breath-alcohol content registered 0.37. Under North Carolina law, a driver is considered impaired with a blood-alcohol content of 0.08.
