APEX, N.C. — Apex police arrested a 75-year-old grandfather on Thursday for sexually abusing a child.
Investigators said that Charles Boyd molested a 13-year-old girl for more than 18 months. He has been ordered to stay away from the victim and all other children.
Boyd was released on a $20,000 bond and placed under house arrest, police said.
