Grain mostly lower, livestock lower

CHICAGO — Grain futures were lower Tuesday on the Chicago Board of Trade.
Wheat for Dec. fell 5.50 cents to 3.84 a bushel; Dec. corn was off 11.75 cents to 3.3675 a bushel; Dec. oats was lost 3.75 cents at $1.9850 a bushel; while Jan. soybeans declined 13.50 cents to $10.4250 a bushel.
Beef was mixed and pork was lower on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. December live cattle was off .38 cent at $1.0892 a pound; January feeder cattle was upl .17 cent to $1.2697 a pound; while December lean hogs fell .07 cent at $.5035 a pound.
