Grain mostly lower, livestock higher

— Grain futures were higher Wednesday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for Sept. rose 2 cents at $3.7675 a bushel; Sept. corn gained 3 cents to 3.2225 a bushel; Sept. oats was up 2.75 cents at $1.6650 a bushel; while Sept. soybeans advanced 3.75 cents to $9.72 a bushel.

Beef was mixed and pork was lower on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. October live cattle was up 1.13 cents at $1.0580 a pound; September feeder cattle fell .70 cent to $1.3267 a pound; while October lean hogs lost 1.83 cents at $.5492 a pound.
