Goodmon Honored for Real Estate Impact
Capitol Broadcasting Co. President and Chief Executive Jim Goodmon was honored Thursday for his contributions to the area real estate scene.
Posted — UpdatedCARY, N.C. — Capitol Broadcasting Co. President and Chief Executive Jim Goodmon was honored Thursday for his contributions to the area real estate scene.
Goodmon received the 2007 Impact Award from the Triangle chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW).
The award recognizes his work to revitalize downtown Durham through the Durham Bulls Athletic Park and the American Tobacco campus.
CREW comprises women working as developers, brokers, bankers and lawyers in the commercial real estate industry.
