I just ate an ENTIRE container of Haagan Diaz 14 oz. peanut butter & chocolate ice cream. That entire container is 1,225 CALORIES.
I started and just could NOT stop! How did I feel while I was eating it? Wonderful. Was it good? It was DEVINE. How do I feel now that I pigged out? Disappointed!

So far, this week (starting this past Monday), I have had:
Monday: Chargrilled chicken salad, dressing and coke. Choc. milk.
Tues: Handful mixed nuts and tuna salad AND paenut butter anc choc. ice cream - Haagan Diaz - served in "dip cup" which equals half a cup.
Wed: Campbell's (can) potato ham chowder soup - entire can. 380 calories. Sweet tea.
This is very hard!
