Okay so my Hubby is laughing at me for starting this Group since I am neither. I am learning and very interested in learning how to cook and create new menu ideas. I have a Daughter by marriage who is vegetarian and I really do not have a stumbling block when it comes to her and cooking. Now enters a wonderful Friend of ours who is Vegan. We so love having her over for dinner and Family events. I just hate her coming up and having the same old things...I am learning whatever I make for us as meatetarians I can copy to Vegan with a little extra effort...meaning reading all ingrediants when purchasing.
So if you are interested in learning and sharing Please come in.
BTW I do love growing my own fruits and veggies...I have a wonderful garden every year and many fruits around our yard...many of you may already know this.

The Vegan Chicken used in the Chicken Salad at Whole Foods is Soy Delight...it should be in the frozen section. If not go to the Chef's Case...they should be able to hook you up with it.

I added some of the recipes there...trying to remember the things we have had...I know Portabella Mushrooms grilled, Build Your Own Nachos, Hot Chicken Stripes instead of hot wings.
