YES, they are VERY high. Just ask Federal Paperboard, which had to leave Black Creek because the utility rates were too high. The City of Wilson believes in annoying people just because it can.
Where's OUR new industry? Where's OUR growth? It's not coming folks because our movers and shakers want to screw everyone over for their own benefit. In Wilson, it's the individual that counts -- the RICH individual.
