Have had this same thing twice in the past month.
Started out with eggy burps, then terrible gas the other way - then today everything is running. Yuck!
So resting and running, running and resting, and doping with Gatorade which almost always helps me.

One by one I individually thanked everyone who contributed to my late night blog last night. Here it is 24 hours later, and I have left you for last.
I realize had just recently corresponded and I truly appreciate your comments. I spent most of the day resting both mind and body and I can safely say I am back on the upswing. You like so many here on GOLO are so quick to respond with compassion and a kind one for those in need.
I feel extremely proud of the comments that were made, not one negative one in the bunch. It truly displays that GOLO is an positive influence in so many lives.
You have become an icon of the site and I am proud as well to call you friend.
