Sandra,I want to thank you for your support and prayers during my husband's illness and death. You are a very sweet person and I hope to get to know you better.I really appreciate your coming to the Memorial Service for Hank.I am sorry I couldn't talk more to you but I was delighted to see you and know you cared.I am glad you like the blogs on Hank.I'll keep on periodically with them when I can. Thanks again!

Ohhhhh!! Thank you so much...I will try to call around 10amish!!

"As Gandie says, this poster should cowboy up and grow a set, and not attack people who can't defend themselves. "

lmao you go girl I am touched you actually quoted one of my sayings ... have a safe and happy day Miss Sandra

"Timbo - it has nothing to do with thin skin but fairness. Have a great day. :)"

I don't get how it was unfair. It wasn't deceptive or unjust. You may think it was wrong or mean and disagreed with it, which is fine. But it was not unfair. Back at you on the good day. ;^)

Hey there. Glad to see you are back. I hope you enjoyed your time at the beach. Let me know how you are doing and if you want to get together for lunch someday soon. Take care and have a great day!

Awesome. I will give you a call Wednesday to see when would be good for you. Talk to you then. Have a good afternoon and evening.

Sandra, Steve never has had any problem attempting to defend himself or address people who speak to him. So, I still don't see why you were getting your "drawers" all bunched up... ;^) BTW, if blocked, he could of started his own blog.

{{Sandra}} LOL! I have to admit, I love this screen name too! I think I've kept this one an entire week now!

Have a great day! {{{{{{{{{hugs}}}}}}}}

Beth

so are you one of those good Italians that like nutella? my wife loves it.

sorry, just saw it on tv and you popped into my head. dam random thoughts.

I may have some other stuff for the yard sale. Should I hang onto it until 12 September? or what?

Lemme know.

Again, many MANY thanks for your family's help the other day. I hope it did not ruin John's Bday...dang...I am older than he is... :-(

((sniff sniff))

i sent you an email.

"Steve's privileges were revoked, he wasn't blocked by the poster, "

Ohhhhhhh. I see. His profile is even gone. Well, you reap what you sow. He's gotten away with more violations of the TOS than anyone. What did he do this time?

"i can't believe we are still talking about this."

Sorry. I wasn't trying to be argumentative for the sake of arguing.

I find the format golo uses annoying at times because it doesn't lend itself well to long running conversations... ;^)

Cheers!

Good morning! I know it's been a while. I was just stopping by to say hello and see how you're doing. Take care and have a wonderful day.

I've been doing fine. How about you?

"Your style has a lot of what seems to be Tao influences in it (conscience or not)" - me

Just to be clear...I wasn't telling you how you write =P

I just meant your style reminds me of a lot of Tao writings.

I'd really suggest looking up some of Lao Tzu's writings when you get the chance. They are generally pretty short, and at first hard to understand. Then you realize the thought process the writing put you into and for me it's just like...wow.

Sandra :) I apologize that I was unable to reply to you on your morning's blog, as I was headed out the door to an all-day meeting. Please know that I am most appreciative of your kind and thoughtful posts throughout various blogs and directly to my profile. You are very special!

Good Morning, just stoppig by to wish you a good day.

was thing about you again. i posted this link to Ms C's blog. enjoy.

"Forgiving others doesn't mean that we condone the hurtful acts, but rather stop them from hurting us further; the same applies when it is time to forgive ourselves."

Yep, that summarizes it in a nutshell :-)

How are you doing? Birthday time is upon you...have a happy one. Is the writing still looking promising? Hope so. We are well.

Hi Sandra! Happy Friday! I hope you have a great weekend. {{hugs}}

Beth

" your first post was quite impressive and it definitely caught my attention. :)"

I was trying to be mysterious - I figured hardly anyone had read Anthem so I selected some good passages to create an air of my on line identity. Then I let some of ME eventually meld into my posts.

After I was forced into hiatus I had tons of emails asking me to come back. I went through some email exchanges with Angela and finally decided it would be OK if I did come back.

So to keep with the "persona" I just picked up where Anthem left off and took Prometheus just like Equality in the story.

For all the relevence and notariaty of Atlas Shrugged, the atmosphere and characters of Anthem still speak most directly to me.

It was the first Rand work I read and it is still my favorite fiction writing by her.

If you haven't read it (or if you have, for that matter), I have the story linked on my profile.

I'm see myself as an optimist - cursed by seeing a harsh reality.

Sandra, the boys would love that movie, the 3d viewing is a must.

Have a great weekend.

"And now...3, 2, 1...*poof*"

A witch! A witch!

We have found a witch! May we burn her?

"I was bound to have learned a trick or two, don't you think? ...*poof*"

Keep your secrets well....I have matches ya know....

Sandra, I have so much to do around the house and for work I just don't see me having time for much else this weekend. Have a great time and have a bourbon and seven for me.

Later Gator.

this is my city. it has some of the best schools in GA. and the pre k was across the street from us. it was nice to walk to school everday with my youngset last year. now she is in k and is a bus rider.

Hi Sandra,

That message went great. It was about fear that produces worrying. I tried to include things people worry about that are completely silly to worry about. I did relate to Bible Scriptures wherein we are encouraged to "fear not" when troubled or given things that might cause us to harbor fear, worry, anger, depression and also I pasted in the helps for dealing with those things.

I felt great about it. It went off without a hitch.

Thanks for asking.

Hey Sandra, just stopping by to say hello.Hope you had a great weekend.

Hey,didn't do much my self today other than cleaning and a little cooking and reading a good book.Wishing you a blessed night.

this site is ok. just to give you an idea.

http://realestate.yahoo.com/Georgia/Blackshear

and on the subject of God........ church is a big thing around here. that is the first thing people ask you 'what church do you go to?' now, i believe in God or in some higher power, but we don't like church so we don't go. just not our thing. we have had some people not talk to us because of it. 'oh well' we say.

Good Tuesday morning Sandra and thank you! I have been told on more than one occasion that I am part of the problem around here. I try my best to not let folks get to me to the point to where I act out of character. It is not my style. So I just try to be as real as possible. I have done my dirt and I use to be one bad mamma jamma. But I am now changed and only concerned with moving forward. If it is fruitles, I dont want any part of it. GOLO is a good place. I truly believe the good outweighs the bad.

Enjoy your day!

lmao feel free to use them whenever you feel like Sandra ... not the worst thing I ever been accused of influencing someone to use or do ... have a safe and happy day!!

Good Morning Sandra, wishing you a blessed day as well.To day is a beautiful day for me.

Sandra yes to day is a special one for me.God aswered my prayer so how can a day not be special.:) hope your day has been good.

sunday breakfast sounds great. that is what we do. when we first moved here it was an issiue with some of her family. her aunt was always asking us to go to her church or if she could take the kids. she even aksed my wife's mom why we don't go to church. and, they go to one of those 'mega churches,' and i have my own feelings about that. after some time we just told her that we are not church people. she asked about the kids and we told her that she could take them if they want, but just don't show up on sunday and expect them just to be ready. the kids can make up thier own minds about church we they get older. in the mean time we will just keep raising them right and teach them right and worng.

it has not always been this way for me. i was born and raised Church of Christ, and my wife was Catholic. sorry for the long rant.

Good Morning,God always hears our prayers and answers them.May not be the way we want them answered. He answers them in what is best for us.Hope your day wil be a goood one for you.I may not lways comment on your morning blogs even though I do read and enjoy them.(((((Hugs)))))

Thanks Sandra!!!! I WILL be buying a copy of that book! It was'nt until I clicked the link in your blog from this morning, that I realized just what the book was going to be about. I also called over my co-worker to see, and she was about to call Barns and Noble to see if they had it! Her daughter, who is a "Goth Child" is also excited about reading it. (Her mom called her and told her to look it up)

Just wanted to say Hello! I hope you are having a good week! I enjoy reading your blogs all the time! :)

Hey sandra!! Long time no see.... school day blues..ugh!! I miss Summer already. Is your book already for sale?

its me willow silly britches, yeah got promoteda gain

Hey, Sandra! Hope you are doing well. I know you are busy with children back in school. Take care and many thanks!

I know you must be happy to have some "you" time back now that the kids are back in school. I'm doing very well, I'm trying to fight off being excited about the NCSU game and my one year aniv. with my boyfriend so maybe I can get some rest, but I think the excitment is winning!

Hey aunty Sandra, hope you been doing good!

just thinking about you and wanted to say Hello

so.....

HELLO

doing good hope you and the kids are doing mighty fine.

Thanks for the kind words on my "Guess Who" blog.

Sandra,I saw you are sick!!Do I need to rush up there with some Chicken Noodle soup???How about a boatload of oranges for Vitamin C? Hope you feel better real soon!I am going to post a blog quoting Marianne Williamson's "A Return to Love".I notice you were interested when someone mentioned it the other day.It may be one of the most meaningful poems I've ever read.(Sort of a poem, blank verse,I think.)

Good morning Sandra, I posted my blog and took off on my ride, I was bad.

I hope you have a great weekend.
