The Durham Police Department's Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Investigators are responsible for the reactive and proactive investigations of the solicitation of minors online and the possession, distribution, and production of internet child pornography. ICAC members are also responsible for educating the public on the dangers posed to children on the internet.
