Smile a lot -- it makes people wonder what you're up to! I grew up in the middle of nowhere, and that will always be my home. Now I'm into computer technologies -- it drives me crazy sometimes, but I love it.
Since joining GOLO, I've decided to start a Picture of the Day blog. Each day, I'll try my best to post a photo from my personal collection. While I'm at it, I'll ask a few questions or make a few comments to get your brains working and the conversation started. Everybody has a story to share -- feel free to share yours!

favorites
favorite music: anything that is easily understandable. songs with gaps after every word after being censored? no thanks...
favorite movies: oldies but goodies, classics - in other words, maybe 1-2 movies that come out each year nowadays
favorite hobbies: photography, computers, googling, keeping up with the news
favorite tv shows: the news, almost any comedy, lost
favorite restaurants: my kitchen - there's always something available and ready to eat, no gas mileage involved

Anita (a co-hostess last week) and I were out for our daily walk, and some workers were popping the letters off the First Citizens Bank branch next door. We asked if we could take some of the letters -- you just don't run across giant, metal letters every day. I got two "B"'s and she got an "A" and an "N" for her initials.
My other "B" is at home.

Re: Redbubble? I am not sure how many site visits I've had, but I can tell you I have had the account since February and I've not made a sale. Then again, I don't have a ton of things up there, either. Someone was telling me that calendars and cards are big sellers. Then again, my pics may not be most people's cup of tea, or the economy just stinks all over. :)

You said your images are more simple...They are really fantastic, and folks all over golo love 'em. :) I don't see where you would have any problems selling your images. :)

I do not use Miracle Grow except with Pumpkins because trying something we read...they say this is how you get the GIANT Pumpkins...there will be an extra root that will come when the pumkin forms....take a water bottle filled with Miracle Grow and place that root system in the bottle so extra water and such going to the pumpkin. I have been spraying them BUT have not noticed any rapid growth in them...not as much as my veggies in my Horse Poo...

Gosh is there such a way to have such a weed free garden *LOL* It seems I can go out and weed one day and the next full again...not as much as weeds but ever so soft grass which I wish would grow in my yard. We keep saying we are going to bring in the horse poo from my Friends and lay a layer throughout the yard BUT Winter passes and we start spending more and more time outside and never gets done. I would do better if I bring his horses over for a few weeks *LOL*

Actually that white one I have had my eye on for a few weeks now, finally contacted the owner yesterday and she was JUST adopted.

Hey, I just wanted to drop you a quick note; in the Welcome Wagon blog I posted this morning, a request for a wagon filled with candy was made. I figured I'd ask the source of the killer pictures to see if that's a possibility. :)
