Good grief, okay that was so stupid!! LOL....
Sounds like hot/cold therapy and maybe a trip to the chiro might be in order. Some folks don't believe in seeing a chiro, after all they're not a "real" doctor, but one has helped me several times in the past. Seems as if you have neck/back pain it throws your whole system out of whack.
