700 for a month of cable is ridiculous, and someone should acknowledge that!
Even though you may have spoken in the heat of the moment, they cannot cut you off from customer service, especially if they are still billing you. They will tell you anything. Be persistent, be respectful, and do not take NO! If you don't get a reasonable response from them...go to the next step. Most places would rather deal with the customer than the BBB!
Dang. I dunno what else to try to get this joke to you. Any suggestions?

I don't do the internet on mine...I ain't paying for all that stuff!
I text...talk...pics....that's it.
I got the new Razr a while back...pizzed me off...the plugs are different....new car charger....computer cord no good...all my extras useless....got a SD card for it this time though...it interchanges with one I can pop in my pc....instant fix, and much easier...but expensive to change all that stuff out.
I got a hard cover for this one. My other Razr looked like my boy hit it with a tiny hammer about a thousand times. I am rough on my stuff.

We be using some US Cellular around here. Me and hubby have been on the same plan for six years...yeah...they don't make that one anymore!
We get free incoming, free mobile to mobile, free N &W, (they make you pick two now....others are xtra)...we share 2500 minutes and never go over. He has pics for 2.50/month and I have text....Our total monthly bill is less than 120, and we both pretty much work from our mobiles. We use around 5000 minutes a month max...but with all the freebees....we never go over our usage allowance.
You need you some famfour to help you scope some deals! I am all about a deal!

No, I am guessing your mom would kick your ace if you changed allegiances. My second choice is Duke (and I would make it my first, but you know the story behind my daughters accident and the fact that UNC Chapel Hill Children's Hospital saved her life). Duke has proven to be an excellent hospital for me and my daughter in times past as well. =)
