Christmas time is coming!!! Question--what does Christmas mean to you? I love to decorate (might not get to this year thanks to the Hellion twins and the puppy)...I love getting the kids in my Sunday School class all excited about the baby Jesus...I love the sights and smells!!!! What do you like about Christmas time? Please..leave the negative stuff at the door..it is not welcomed here.... Smile at someone today- you might uplift their day!!

It will be a different life, and one that you will have work on to make sure that the old habits that led to eating habits do not return once the surgery is done...I know one person who has gained most of the weight back after surgery, and for her it was because she never dealt with the issues that caused it in the first place. Sorta like an alcoholic. If you don't fix whats broken the sobriety will only last so long...
I have faith that you will blossom into the GIFT the Lord created you to be, and you will be an inspiration to Alexis, and others, to put theirs lives/health in order to live a blessed life...Im proud of ya girl, and Im standing behind ya with my Pom Poms!!!!

You are right, he does answer our prayers just not always the way we would expect. That is what is so great about GOD, he knows the prayers we are praying, but he knows the best solution to our needs, and most times his answers are far better than any we thought of ourselves!!
Keep focusing on him, Deb. He will continue to get you through all that is in front of you, so when your done, you will be the person he created you to be..Enjoy the ride your on, it may be a pumpy one at times, but it is a ride with a destination that can't be beat...Good luck with all the tests..Im keepin ya in my prayers, and lexi too!!

As to the cats, a family member has elected to take "Bemis" given his age. So as of the writing of this, she is here to take him home to Charlotte.
"Crystal" on the other hand is not spoken for as of yet. She is the older and more mature of the two and actually quite docile and sedate. I think it is going to do her some good to be rid of her little "ankle-biting" 100% kitten nemisis.
Let me know if you could think of anyone who would enjoy an affectionate, and very cool female...
