The start of the blog was "Have you ever lost a pet....", and that was all.
There was no story, no words, no nothing. It honestly looked like the start of a joke, and I almost posted something like that to it as well.
It was only after a couple of minutes that the story appeared and it became what you saw. Several of us saw it change.
Really though, think about it. His comment was "Why don't you get off the computer and go find it", which when it first appeared was really funny. But don't you think it didn't really fit that blog? Maybe look like it belong somewhere else? That is because the blog changed to become what you saw.
I have seen lots of DJM's posts, and I saw this one, and I saw the blog change. I knew he did not deserve your reaction, and I took offense to it. It was just a misunderstanding. I hope you can accept that, it is the truth.
And yes, I would defend anyone I saw accused of something like that if I knew the truth.

Let me clue you in, since you don't seem to have one. That blog was not about an animal dying from cancer when he posted to it. So it was your ignorance of what he posted to that led you to make that statement. I said before that anyone can change their blog at will, and that is what happened here.
My offer was not an invitation, merely an acceptance of yours previously offered. So it's on you.
I have always been myself, and never claimed to be anything more or less, and always happy to meet anyone at anytime. Just ask anyone who has met me.

For someone tired of ignorance, that statement reeks of it. I would suggest you ask why someone posted something like that in the future, rather then jumping to hysterics. If however you feel that the comment made by DJM demands an altercation as you suggest, I would be more than happy to take his place and provide you with what you need.
