Hello Patsy, I am grateful to God for the rain we got this past week, and glad it has cooled down. It seems the older I get, the more I am affected by hot and cold weather. I'm glad you had a nice vist with your SIL, you too must be pretty close. As for Dad, he is better in some ways, and not so good in others. Like with Mom, we will just have to take it one day at a time, but I pray to God to heal him from the damage to his brain of the 2 strokes, and the mini-strokes he continues to have. People just do not realize that each day is truly a gift from God. I try to make the most of each day, I guess that is one of the reasons I do not get online as much as I did. Not saying that it is not quality time sometimes, and that it is heartwarming to be able to communicate with good, caring, kind people as yourself, and some of the others on Golo. It is always nice to come on here and see a message from you and others, it makes my day. Anyway, hope you are having a good weekend. LYMI, Janice

Thank you so much for everything! It has finally hit me hard and I am now exhausted from crying and worrying for the past two days. I still can't stop crying, I guess from relief and from being so overwhelmed with it all. The car is in bad shape inside from all the blood. The officer saw it and I think he thought he wouldn't make it just from what he found. Thank God he is ok!

Hi Gods *HUGS* Actually where they are moving looks close to you...they like the Apex area...looks like Cary, Apex, Fequay, and Angier are all in that area there. My Brother n Law has a job interview tomorrow on Jones Franklin Road??? I kept saying Jones Sausage but not that Jones *LOL*

Patsy: Morning honey....I am tired but happy. No berries...they are all gone. But I did manager to put up some more 'maters. That brings me up to 30 qts...and I think I will quit there. I was hoping for some cream zippers, but they are all gone for the year. Sa a prayer for me sweet Patsy... tomorrow would have been Mom's 91st birthday and it is weighing on my heart. I know she is in a better place, but it doesn't make me miss her any less. Have a wonderful day!

Morning, Patsy -- I figured you had a lot going on , so was just keeping you in prayer for God's comfort and peace. Seems like our kids go thru 'seasons' of needing our support. Lately, my children have called or leaned on me for different needs or emotional support. This is where I turn to God for His direction and love to hold them up thru life's struggles. Just thanking God for His wisdom and knowledge on what or how to work thru life. May God bless your day -- {{{HUGS}}}

Hi, Patsy...I think of you often, too. We've just gotten so busy. Johnny's doing a LOT better. Has some limitations, tho, nd he is learning how to cope with them. Will know by the latter part of next month if he will be able to return to work or not. In the meantime, he's exploring other options, one of which is getting much more involved in our photo business, which is a blessing! Two of us can do more work than just me, LOL...At any rate, full time here, part time in the studio, and then that mom/wife-thing...whew! LOL.... Hope that YOU are doing well! LYMI!

Good morning. Thank you so much for your thoughts, and the prayers. Grandma was holding up pretty good yesterday. I haven't been over there yet, today. The funeral is tonight and the burial is tomorrow. These next few days are going to be the hardest. Please continue to keep her in your prayers. We all know he's in a better place. They have been together 62 years, and she's going to be so lonely without him by her side.

Patsy: It is in the words of the song..."Hot, Hot, Hot!!!" With the heat index yesterday it was 107 degrees. I am so ready for fall...winter whatever!!! I think this weekend may be a rest weekend....work around the house and in the yard (if it doesn't pour rain!). I will keep good thoughts for you...so, try not to push so hard yourself. I sent you an email this morning. We will be leaving Fort Walton Beach, Florida within the hour. We need to stop and get breakfast as Britny has not wanted to eat in days and we have to get him some shoes. We had to toss all of his clothes he had on and shoes. We have a 14 hour drive to get them back to Cary and I am going to drive her car since he shakes when he sees it and they will drive my car.

Hi Gods *HUGS* No Family went back home yesterday and made it safely as I had my Sister call when they got in...always worry when they are traveling so good to have peace of mind when I go to sleep. Now they have the adventure of putting house on market and looking for a home they like here...nothing stuck out and called their name or saying this is the house for us. I will continue positive Thoughts for your Hubby!!! OMG I took Matthew o his Open House at School...what a storm we got caught in. Greg Fishel called on the cell phone and I ended up having to pull off the road because I could not see, lightning all around, and then the roads started flooding. Geez it was scary but kept saying my Prayers and holding my Cross!!!

good morning Patsy! Our new guitarist is doing great. He's very talented and a super nice guy, very family oriented (couches his son's soccer team) He's a long time friend of our bassist. We're all very happy, all becoming friends and having a lot of fun! The music is really coming along

Thank you. =) I don't have much time, so decided to respond here. She ate a good breakfast at IHOP as well as Chinese for dinner, lol. She still has a very upset stomach, but at least she IS eating, even if it doesn't stay inside her for long. She was emotionally drained yesterday and broke down in the afternoon, so we stopped just inside the Georgia border from Alabama. My GPS shows 8 hours and 10 minute drive to her duplex in Cary. I should be home between 7 p.m. and 9 p.m. this evening, God willing. Hope you have a great day and terrific weekend! Love you! =)
