I was in private school until 9th grade. They put me in an accelrated Eng/Hist course. The first day, the head of the Eng Dept came in. He asked the class (all bratty kids well acquainted with each other) if anyone knew who a gerund was. I was the only one stupid enough to put up my hand, and when she called on me, I stood up to answer. The rest of the class just rolled their eyes. The dept Head asked me if I'd come from such and such school, I said yes, and she explained that students dont have to do that here.
Withering mortification...... So much for first impressions with my peers!

Did you like the general 'feel' of it? Color? Design elements? Spacing? I wanted it to be restful, like a spiritual spa with a B&B feel, if that makes sense. The only thing I think I'm lacking now aside from finishing it all up, is some links to my subject matter (kaliedoscope, Desiderata). Can't have a website without links.
OK, I'll stop bothering you now. Thanks again! May seem like it wasn't a big deal for you, but it was a real big help for me.

I just decided to start writing and go for it.
You and kestrel helped so much with the ideas and while I didn't use your stuff word for word, it gave me a GREAT starting point and I knocked the paper out in about an hour. At least it's ready for a peer review Monday night. Then I can fine tune it from there.
