BTW, this year's EOGs were revamped last year in order to skew them so that there were fewer 1s and 4s. They are trying to make it look like all children score on levels 2 and 3 by manipulating tests and scoring methods. This is wrong. At the same time, they upgraded the level of the tests so that they are expected to know more at earlier grade levels.
