Well, my friend, I think you're going to get your wish and get Palin back. I know you have some issues with her --- and you are certainly very knowledgeable in the political arena --- but I was impressed, which is why I'm sitting here hoping for a miracle.
Take care, stay warm, and HUGS to you!

That is hilarious about that moose! Why is he a mean one? What does he do to be mean? That is just so funny to me. Can you imagine how we here in NC would feel if we saw one of these looking in our door? What happened to his mama moose? So he's third generation ... will he be hunted and eaten? Oh, I am such an animal person and actually like them better than most people, but do understand the food chain - don't like it but understand. We have a lot of deer on the island - hunting is not allowed but I'm afraid the powers that be are going to try to change that soon as more and more people are building here and with that, they try to create change ... you know, try to make us a little more civilized instead of living with nature.
Okay, my friend, I'm on my way to have scary dreams about the election. Hope you have a great evening!

The reason we went to Iraq in the first place is because Iraq reniged on their agreement to allow unlimited unhindered arms inspections. In truth, the UN should have stepped up, but because the UN is made up of some countries who shelter terrorists, the UN could not gather a concensus, so the Allied Forces, one of whom is the US, did.
That's what started it all.
Moving our troops out of the middle east is just going to open things up for more attrocities there. Do I want my nephew to be in harm's way? God forbid! But do I want terrorists to have stable homes where they can manufacture arms and plans so they can hit here on US soil again. Absolutely not!
And I don't ever want another defeated US troop to come home knowing they didn't finish the job. Our streets are filled with homeless sick and suffering Vietnam Vets. We don't need more of the poor souls from the middle east.
God bless.

I like reading about the history of Alaska. I saw today that Alaska has some campgrounds I could host.lol If it wasn't so far away, I would certainly do it. Jim Cantorre (sp) a weather man, has been there doing documentaries, and will be shown, I believe, starting tomorrow night. I hope he doesn't turn out to be dinner for the bears, like the other dude. Of course, he won't be living with the bears, like Grizzly man did. I am intrigued with every aspect of Alaska. Lots of history there.

WRONG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
She is a grown woman...fully capable....and she does not have to answer to YOU are anyone else. If you "Alaskans" do things so differently from everyone else, then maybe she should relocate to someplace else where she is TRULY APPRECIATED!!!!!
Trust me the "lower states" love her.
