Sigh...the good ole days at U.P. LOL I had George Thomas for General Horticulture and Forest Production. Now that was an experience. But, deep down that old man was a heck of a nice guy and he forgot more about his subjects than most of us will ever learn in a lifetime. I grad in 72' if you still have your yearbooks. LOL..I met Mr. Natural several times. We also saw King Tut, watched White lightnin' and had Barrel races that you could watch out the Windows. I've seen the intricate patterns of a tiny Micro dot on a piece of Blotter that had Mr. Truckin' and Beevis & Butthead as well. Sigh. Explains a lot I guess, huh. Have a good evening.

You must laugh because some of us want snow so badly Huh??? I talk with my Friend in Wisconsin and she thinks I am nuts...she had 18 inches last week and more was heading her way...you could tell she was sick of it. I guess when you get as little as we do you enjoy!!! BUT even when I was in the Mountains I loved it...being in Florida for 14 years really made me miss the beauty and splendor it was to see real snow...the pure white untouched ground like a cleansing rebirth.

Hey John...LOL..prolly will turn in soon. I'd sat there in the old ratty recliner listeningh to the rhythm of this rain on the roof and just woke up. I'd drifted off and slpt for several hours. This rain is so needed down here. Anyway, it's still coming down and I am just running through some of those old video's on Youtube. So many old cool ones on there. You be good up there.

Good Morning John, just checked the cam..it 17 looks like you are in for a warm day! My hubby and I are off work today for the holiday. Made pot roast yesterday, it sure was good. Nothing like a good old roastbeef sandwich out of leftovers! Look's like an indoor day..kinda drizzling outside. I'm also a Jr fan...I'm happy. He finished the race and got a top ten. We bought this house and 25 acres about 6 years ago when we moved here from Az. Yes, we do have a large spring fed pond. The previous owners said it is "stocked". Don't fish. I see them in there swimming around. I see Blue Heron fishing..so yes we have fish! I'm more a bird watcher! Have a good one :o)
