Nice of you to drop by ....
Have you had a chance to take the engineers backstage tour at WDW? It’s one neat way to spend a day.
They hit the high spots of some of their technology on the general engineering tour. And, if you want to see something special – anything, actually – you can arrange a custom tour. You just have to pay the base rate and cover the cost of your guide’s lunch. They arrange for a guide that knows about what you want to see ....
I’m making up a list of things that I want to see my next trip down.

Anyways, fly into Dublin from American with any US carrier. I wouldn't suggest Aer Lingus anymore. If you're not taking a tour, I would suggest renting a car. Do it well in advance. Most cars are standard shift, and since you drive on the left there, it can make it really fun to try to shift gears with your left hand. (At least for me it does, my mind can't push a clutch and shift with the left hand.) Also, I would recommend staying at a Bed&Breakfast versus chain hotels if you're out in the countryside or small towns.

I just cannot make them. I have tried recipes, talking to mom, eyeballing it, cold shortening, buttermilk, whole milk, plain flour, self rising flour, wet dough, dry dough, kneading the dough, not keading the dough....... all to no avail.
Mom uses Golden Eagle self rising flour, lard, pinch of salt, and buttermilk. Mixes by hand, kneads lightly.
Perfect.

I bring them to a boil in the cooker with the lid off, having added the salt and whatever kind of seasoning I want. Sometimes I use olive oil, sometimes salt pork or bacon drippings. Sometimes I add a little onion or garlic powder. Sometimes a little hot sauce. I've even been known to use a little liquid smoke in them.
Anyway, season them and bring them to a boil. Let them rest for 30 minutes. Put the lid on and bring them to a boil under pressure. The little weight on top should really be jiggling and spitting bits of steam.
Be very sure you have enough water in them, because once they come to pressure, that's it. On the other hand, if you have too much, they'll be watery, of course. I like to cook them down kinda thick.
Cook under pressure 20-25 minutes.
That's it. Once I do that, I let them simmer with a regular lid on until the rest of the meal is done.
I have a cooker with a regular lid in addition to the pressure lid.

Sounds like a good place to be a rebel. I dated a girl who was a helluva rebel....... she moved into the garage and came and went as she pleased when she was still in high school.... she gave me my first hit of marijuana....... lol.
