Disney has a 40% off sale right now. Lots of cool stuff, cheap..

Thanky you for your kind words. We'll miss Jodie greatly!

no the wiggles arent gay , they are all married and making tons of money. they used to be good on one dvd wiggly wiggly world but they stink now, the leader of the group has a heart condition and is being forced to retire but at least the songs dont get on my nerves but my kids only watch that one dvd of theirs, the wiggles on dvd I dot let them watch

You got that right! They already know much of what MLK did,but like many other times, refuse the truth.Isn't it ironic how many of these people chose to honor, worship a no good nothing? You would think folks would read a little more than that!

thats why the did name him phineus =)

gggrrrrr

The rooms won't be THAT much!

Dreamin,

Nice of you to drop by ....

Have you had a chance to take the engineers backstage tour at WDW? It’s one neat way to spend a day.

They hit the high spots of some of their technology on the general engineering tour. And, if you want to see something special – anything, actually – you can arrange a custom tour. You just have to pay the base rate and cover the cost of your guide’s lunch. They arrange for a guide that knows about what you want to see ....

I’m making up a list of things that I want to see my next trip down.

Len (aka STS)

Lynn, thank you for the kind words on Angela's blog!!!

I hope that you have a great Tuesday my friend!!!

hey, I have an arsenal of disney collectibles, 4 plate collections ( 3d ) and snowglobes all for sale , everything in one lump for sale if youre interested since you like disney,

if youre interetest email me storyinthephoto@yahoo.com

" Hot smile "

why thank YOU !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Amen to no Xmas pix, sister! :) xoxo! ~~Jules

have alot of the MST3000's recorded..(before Mike years). They were awesome."

Lynn - I LOVED MST!!

Hey Lynn - We started watching when Joel was the stranded man. I liked Mike, too, though. It was like watching B movies with friends, a lot of wise cracking...;D

Hi Ya Lynn! How are you doing?

YIKES! That would be tough choice...ya know

hehe

Wonderful to meet ya! I hope you will absolutely LOVE Ireland. It's really beautiful- but it's VERY expensive. Start saving up! Gas right now is about $10/gallon US and 1 EURO costs $2. It makes you cringe when you're buying a soda or bottle of water for 1.50 Euro and you realize you're actually paying $3 for it.

Anyways, fly into Dublin from American with any US carrier. I wouldn't suggest Aer Lingus anymore. If you're not taking a tour, I would suggest renting a car. Do it well in advance. Most cars are standard shift, and since you drive on the left there, it can make it really fun to try to shift gears with your left hand. (At least for me it does, my mind can't push a clutch and shift with the left hand.) Also, I would recommend staying at a Bed&Breakfast versus chain hotels if you're out in the countryside or small towns.

Some suggestions. You can google most to see what they're about: 1. Newgrange (East Coast near Dublin airport and Drogheda) 2. Monasterboice and the Round Tower (near Drogheda as well) 3. Waterford Crystal factory- South east coast 4. Spend a Day in Dublin- Visit St. Michan's Church (off the beaten path- but they have some interesting crypts with mummies beneath) 5. Go to Belfast and take a Black Taxi Tour. 6. See Giants Causeway in County Antrim in the north. 7. Go to Wicklow and Limerick and Blarney castle in the west. 8. Eat your big meal of the day at LUNCH time in a Pub. Have tea in the evenings. It is illegal to smoke in public in the Republic of Ireland, so no smoke filled pubs. :-) If you do travel into the north you have to change to Pounds Sterling (Northern Ireland is part of the UK.)

(I'm from Dundalk, on the East coast, 1/2 way between Dublin and Belfast.) Any questions you got, shoot 'em at me!

Sorry to confuse you. You don't have to drive a stick shift, if you rent a car, reserve it in advance and ask specifically for an automatic transmission.

HELLO!! I just wanted to stop by and thank you for the birthday wishes! http://www.wral.com/golo/blogpost/3295844/ Have a graet day!

dreamin, you need to come buy all my collectors stuff sitting in the original boxes, lol

"Livin' the dream baby"

That's great ---- good for you!!!

Hi Lynn!

WOW! That pic. took me a second and then I maximized it and saw what was going on. LOL!

Thanks so much for the birthday wishes! That made my day.

Beth

You are welcome! :D

hey, you like disney ? i got a load of disney collectibles im selling cheap !

email me at storyinthephoto@yahoo.com

I was going to go therethis summer but found out they were under renovation so hopefully next year. That would be my FAVORITE place...Did you see the lunch counter from the Woolworth in Goldsboro I think it was?

so hopefully by now we've been accepted-----we have been here 12.....IMHO, I don't think we are ever totally accepted....the good thing for me is I live in Cary and it's the norm to be a transplant :)

OMGosh, Dreamin', where did you get that picture? I had heard a mule was capable of doing in a mountain lion. (I'm feeling a little sorry for the mountain lion now). We've had lots of problems with stray dogs in our area killing critters and I'm thinking of adding a donkey to our stock.

I'm disappointed you were a hoe for a dayum apron !

ok, I am a hoe about grill utensils. I must have three sets, some in storage. There are just some things people have a weakness for. I luv the big stainless ones, then there were the ones whose handles never got hot. I guess there are worse problems to have...jack

Are you a Dukie????

Thanks for the welcome but I have been around a year. This is a new screen name because golo had a puter glitz and I lost all my info. The web guy worked on getting me back to no avail so I just grabbed this name, but I o love t...as much as I do m Dukies...:0. You say since you came in 89, where did you come from? We oved here from Ma. in 96..

Good morning!!!!

yes if you could find her name that would be awesome ! thanks

Good Morning. I hear you about the biscuits..... my mom used to make great biscuits, nearly 3 times a day and seven days a week.

I just cannot make them. I have tried recipes, talking to mom, eyeballing it, cold shortening, buttermilk, whole milk, plain flour, self rising flour, wet dough, dry dough, kneading the dough, not keading the dough....... all to no avail.

Mom uses Golden Eagle self rising flour, lard, pinch of salt, and buttermilk. Mixes by hand, kneads lightly.

Perfect.

Hey! Saw your comment:

"Now that my youngest is 11, the "fam's" ready for me to work again. Not sure I am."

May I make a suggestion?

Substitute teacher

Subs used a lot for flu season, just before Christmas Holiday...(after the pay peroid ends for pay check before Christmas) and in the Spring.

WOW :)....You are lucky :)

....on the pinto beans -

I bring them to a boil in the cooker with the lid off, having added the salt and whatever kind of seasoning I want. Sometimes I use olive oil, sometimes salt pork or bacon drippings. Sometimes I add a little onion or garlic powder. Sometimes a little hot sauce. I've even been known to use a little liquid smoke in them.

Anyway, season them and bring them to a boil. Let them rest for 30 minutes. Put the lid on and bring them to a boil under pressure. The little weight on top should really be jiggling and spitting bits of steam.

Be very sure you have enough water in them, because once they come to pressure, that's it. On the other hand, if you have too much, they'll be watery, of course. I like to cook them down kinda thick.

Cook under pressure 20-25 minutes.

That's it. Once I do that, I let them simmer with a regular lid on until the rest of the meal is done.

I have a cooker with a regular lid in addition to the pressure lid.

Hey there ... I see you're from WV. What part?

No caption for it, but this reminds me of a few years ago at Disney World Typhoon Lagoon. They have the biggest, strongest wave pool in the world. Some poor little old man, 90yrs old/90 lbs. got swept up by it. I thought for sure he drowned. He's comes up from the wave, and all he has on is a jock strap, (yea picture that one). Not only that the wave knocked his false teeth out, so they had to get a lifeguard to look for his teeth and shorts. LOL

hehehehehehe.....

Thanx...way too..funny :)

Logan?!?! NO WAY!!!!!! My husband grew up there! (Well, technically Rossmore.)

I am pretty sure my husband's aunt graduated from Logan High that year. (If not it was 1979 or 1981.)

What's your email addy?

Goodnight, Dreamin! Hope you have a great Sunday! Enjoy the rest of your weekend, and stay safe -- javajoe

Will you be doing all of those cool decorations for your house? And who sells the cobwebs?

Be sure to take pictures of the decorations. And good luck with the wedding this weekend! -Angela

You should contract your services and decorate homes for Halloween. October could be a lucrative month for you! -Angela

Good morning, Lynn. I thought I already had you on my friends list. Don't know how that happened. Anyway, here's wishing you a super day!

"My bedroom was the attic of an old English Tudor"

Sounds like a good place to be a rebel. I dated a girl who was a helluva rebel....... she moved into the garage and came and went as she pleased when she was still in high school.... she gave me my first hit of marijuana....... lol.

.......good times indeed.
