It's great sliced and cooked for about 10-15 minutes, put on a Club kracker (darn censor!) and drizzled with grape jelly/mustard sauce. Delish!

There was also an online questionaire through "scholarship web" (or something similar to that) that asked tons of questions. Of the scholarships I qualified for it sent me them, as well as kept me updated when new ones came out that I qualified for. That book is great though. I had no idea there were so many. Take advantage of every penny you can; that is what they are there for.
