Why? A domain name is property, just like a vehicle. It makes no sense to require all vehicles be in motion simply because they're purchased. I'm interested in the logic behind your statements.

Lol, too funny. We can do a little study to show that you don't have to see a gun before deadly force applies. How bout we reenact it the Smith scenario? I'll tell you that I have a gun and I'll reach like I'm going to get it. You decide when it's OK to use deadly force. By the time you decide I promise you'll be full of lead. By the time you see my gun it'll be much too late. Sorry, that's just the reality of it. And if you want I can face away from you so you don't shoot me in the back. I can shoot you dead just the same, trust me.
