I know, I've been invisible lately. I've checked out the site but haven't commented too much. Been workin real hard! Not to mention, I've been purposely avoiding all the pettyness and mindless blogs here lately.
Went to the coast this weekend. Got some board time in. Thank God it's not my boat. My cousin spent over $100 in gas this weekend. The water stations are a rip off. I'd never get to go if my family didn't have a house and my cousing wasn't rich as shiz.

ps..I dont think a training manual is needed but I do think a hair class should be required seeing as how our hair is uhm, hmm, tempermental? LOL..and it requires more than a brushing..I have known numerous non black women with children by someone of color and the childs hair be looking a hot mess b/c they dont know what to do with it. LOL

We've used temp agencies before. This is full time perm position. It's really HR dept's job to recruit and find applicants, we use careear builder, anywho... if we used a staffing agency... we would be paying them to do our job. VP doesn't like the sound of that.
