JUST CALL ME TEECH.

I have Diabetes.  I was in denial, but I have to face this head on... Every now and then give me a good word as this is a life changing event.

I have doing well with keeping my Diabetes undercontrol. I take my insulin and I exercise in some fashion every day. I also have been eating less and eating right.  summertime helps, I think we all want to drink more and eat less when it is hot.  Thanks for your constant peps and words of encouragement.

Teachers are very deserving. They (you) deserve better benefits, certainly better working conditions and administrative assistance as well as full continuing education assistance -- for starters.

Some people may interpret my comments that people in other jobs in state employ as deserving raises too as saying teachers don't deserve better, but nothing could be further from the truth. I'm grateful to my former teachers and grateful to educators on the front lines now.

I just wish that we could improve our educational system by taking the proverbial lawn shears to the red tape and to the interference that creates a major headache for you guys.

Bless your heart on being a teacher....I've pondered it but I have the patience of drug addict needing their next fix so I decided it probably wasn't something I should venture in to. But I seriously commend you for choosing a career that shapes and molds our future leaders.
