Hey Golo friends, I am hanging in there but spending most of the time at my sisters. Tonight is the third night (not in a row) that I have spent at the house, kind of creppy but getting better. I have been getting lots of support from the Golo friends, neighbors and family. It is kind of overwhelming trying to get back to everyone, but if I don't get back to you please know I am not ignoring you and are thinking of you.

John's cremation was today so I said a little prayer. I picked out a beautiful urn for him and another for his dad. It weighed heavily on his heart that he still had not taken care of his dad. He still grieved over him and unsure what he wanted to do. So I took care of both of them. I may go back and get another for me so that evrything will be ready when my time comes.

Anyway just wanted ya'll to know that I am hanging in there. Today I was wondering what do you do after 18 years with someone, being alone again. I am sure that I will find my way.

Hey there, yeah I went private but didn't stay that way long. I'm doing ok I guess. I found out that my mom has cancer which is weighing heavily on me. Other than that I'm doing ok. Junior is getting excited about the school year ending and all upiddy about going to be a senior. Lord we can't tell her anything as it is and now she's going to be a senior. She knows everything. LOL

Loved your photo gallery!

I especially liked the snapdragons, the lantana, and that cute little bunny statue. And that's a great pick of your teeny little grapes! *smile*

I can't wait to get some real flowers in mine eventally, and replace the crummy old landscaping boards with some of the edgers like you have. (Patience, Kat, patience...) *sigh*

I try to keep it plugged in, but the charger is messed up too and I need a new one. I have to hold my tongue right. :-P But, eventually..it will stop working and I am going to have to fork over $70-$90 unless I can find them much cheaper (like ebay, which is where I got this one...only lasted about 3 months, lol). I unplug and plug and take it with me when I travel, so it doesn't stand a chance! Hope your day is going well. (((hugs)))

Headlong: Lived there (Palm Beach County) for 2 years. Florida has Baker, New York has Kendra's Law....names vary state to state. Our's (in Georgia) allows for the same times and can be voluntary or involuntary. (I am married to 26 year veteran LEO...so sometimes I heard too much.) Hi, Lady! Long time no see. :) Just wanted to tell you that I am SO jealous of your garden! We planted ours about 5-6 weeks ago, and less than 1/3 of our corn came up (most was washed away by the rains, I think), and we lost 2/3 of our tomato plants and half of our peppers. I have NEVER had such a hard time with a veggie garden. I don't know what the deal is this year.

Anyway, hope you had sweet visions of veggies dancing in your head overnight. :)

the veggies are looking good!...my son has planted a few things...cucumber, squash, zucchini, yellow pepper, watermelon, a potato (he's curious to see what it does...lol!), and a tomato...we put the tomato plant in one of those topsy turvy things...can't wait to see how that works out...

The girl that is graduating is my daughter in laws niece and she has worked so hard for this so with her grandparents and all of her other family being here we are trying to make it a special day as she graduated today.My son said if we where going to do any thing better do it today because he was going out of town this weekend to a baseball game lol.We had to have somebody to cook on the grill.I'm glad that Stephanie is doing so good have been praying for her.My granddaughter is doing good now and no more PT for her.This sun shine is beautiful.Hope you can enjoy the rest of your day. Hi, headlong! :) I would never have thought about the horses' leavings tilled in. We may try that next year if we can find a source. (Some how I don't think the dogs are going to be able to help us with this, LOL) It's been a really busy time around here. In March/April my two older boys came for a visit; one on 30 days leave from Korea, and the other on spring break. Then the side business started to pick up and in late April I had another surgery on my face, but I think that cyst is FINALLY gone. :) (Better be after 5 attmepts, right?) I'm taking my show on the road tomorrow at the Lucama Spring Fling festival (never did a festival before) but have a ton of matted prints and a lot of info on the portrait side, so hopefully that will be good advertising. :) And then there's just that business of living and holding down the day job. I hope your daughter heals up fast. :)
