I don't know how much land your plants are spread out on, but I lived on a farm a few years ago in Apex. It was such a great place to live too. The owner had grapevines, peach trees, apple trees, blueberry bushes, flowers upon flower beds, and a pond that was well-taken care of (crystal-clear water and lots of fish). During the growing season, he would grow about any vegetable you could imagine. He was most proud of his watermelons and cantelopes. Those came from the seeds from the previous years crop, something he had been doing for many years. BUT...talk about work! There was always something to do on his property...even in the wintertime. I had to leave when I got my boat, but I did stay there for 11 years. I mowed a lot of grass in those 11 years too!!!

Your hummingbird photos are amazing. They take me back to a better time with my grandparents in the mountains of Virginia. They retired in a picturesque mountain valley and had hummingbird feeders spread all over.
I remember good times with them sitting and watching this amazing little creatures hovering in a fashion that is just mesmerizing to watch.
