Oh my gosh if I was down for a coupl of weeks or so I would have to have a bull doozer to clean my house after hubby got through with it lol.Hubby is wonderful he has helped me been very supportive in doing the laundry,cooking and small things,kowing how to really clean I think not lol.Don't worry about me doing a little and taking long breaks I'm not going to push my self.You are one caring and sweet person,you are so special to me.You are just one loving mom to all.Thank you for being who you are.LYMI ((((( Hugs))))))

When I make fresh salsa, I just mix the ingredients, tomatoes, peppers, onions, seasonings, etc...(don't skin the maters, just chop them) I haven't canned any because when I make it, I guess everyone smells it, and comes running and by the time I make a couple of jars for us and give the rest away, there isn't enough left for canning.
