I also wanted to ask you what brand gel stuff you used when making jams. I have used "sure jell" and ball and the ball uses LESS sugar and gels better.

Pineapple Caserole 2 16 oz cans chunk pieapple (I Use tidbits) 6 TBsp, flour 1 cup sugar 2 cups sharp grated chedder cheese 1 stick butter or margerine 1 stack ( 33) Ritz or town house cr#@k crushed.
Mix together pineapple,flour,suger and cheese untill flour is mositened.Spread in 9x13-inch dish sprayed with pam. Sprinkle crushed town house or Ritz on top.Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.Serve warm.
Recipe can be halved,cook in smaller dish such as glass pie pan.

I have made peach flavored sugar (following jam recipe) and now I have tweaked it to "peach stuff" My 11 year old LOVES it. But it is bringing the peaches to a boil for one minute add the sugar, bring to boil for one minute, then in the jars like you do.
With this attention loving baby, I only have time for quick stuff.

Indeed it was...I could also see a ring around the moon (moon dog?) from the slight cloud cover.
To me the most amazing part was how far apart we are and still saw the same view.
It must have been coincidence about the con-trail - I don't see how we could be "lined up right" to see the same jet crossing the sky. Simply amazing to me...
I'm going to just enjoy it for what it was - wonderful.
