Headlong,you are as bad as me over the veggies.I use to do the same thing eat them as I was picking them.Not as bad for it now.Use to get a tomato out of the garden and eat it like an apple.Please do keep me posted about Stephanie tell her she is in my prayers.(((Hugs)) Always friends.

Hey!!

Hope everyone in your house is feeling better! Are the kids excited about the end of school? My son is, for lack of a better word, enthusiastic. I only say that cause his Geometry exam is tomorrow. After that and History Monday, he'll probably drive me crazy! Have a great Friday!

I'm glad Stephanie PT went good this morning had he on my mind and in my prayers.Does this mean PT once a week now ? We had rain last night and looks like we might get more.Got cucumbers out of garden this morning and more squash.I went right off to sleep last night after I got to bed last night,had a little problem last night all cleaned up and all is fine.Don't have any plans to speak of for the weekend.Kind of want to go to my granddaughter ball game if it doesn't get rained out.Will wait and see.Hope you are having a good afternoon do you have any plans for this weekend ?

I am ok, just still feeling the effects of the anesthesia and pain meds. So far all I feel is pressure around that ear. All I have done today was get out of bed and move to the couch, lol.

Oh yeah, I forgot about Butch and them (oops). I think my nephew was doing that at one time for feed/deer corn when they weren't at home (Brinkley Farms), but someone's usually there these days. I hope you're able to get dried out enough to get all that work done this weekend. Be sure and take a break and enjoy some of it.

Hey, I toke a long nap a long one,feel much better now.We are getting squash and cucumbers out of the garden but no tomatoes yet.Can't hardly wait for those tomatoes.those cherry tomatoes are so good in a salad or just like Scott eat them like grapes lol.Guess you are trough painting and Scott is through with the shingles.We have been doing things around the house,cutting grass and cleaning uparound my flowers and working in the garden pulling up weeds.I have some land in town that hubby and my son went cut the grass on it or the town would have cut it and sent me a bill lol.Hope you are having a good afternoon.Talk with you later .((((((Hugs)))))

Thanks for the kind words. The damage has at time been very discouraging but my daddy is always positive. So that helps me to be. We are making progress. The next step is to take out the window where most of the damage is. We will have to remove about an 8' section of wall inside and out that is damaged. It is pretty ugly. Once that is done all the tearing out will be finished and the building back will begin.

Hey,sounds like you have had a nother busy day with awards and PT.i got to bed late last night as well and up early this morning.Have a nother family member that is in critacle condition.Don't know when things are going to let up on this family.God knows best.I think hubby and son watered tomatoes to much.The ones I have are beautiful and as tall as I'am lol.picked string beans this morning and have some new potatoes that is going to be so good .I love fresh veggies.Hope your evening will be a nice one.lOVE YOU !

I was just outside cleaning up leftover limbs from a tree that fell last Thursday night during the rains, and I heard thunder rolling up north in the distance. Maybe it'll cool off soon, though! Those 20-degree snow days sound great right about now!

Just pulled two more squash off the plants about 15 minutes ago. We've got a big cucumber, too -- about 7 inches long and a couple inches diameter. The tomatoes are still green, but hope they explode soon. Oh yea! And the peppers are growing fast, too -- the plants are hanging full.

Laying out in the pool - that's one way to beat the heat! Make sure they keep their ears open for the thunder, though.

I can hear the thunder from the storms up in Warren County. Heavy booms, too!

I can't believe those tomatoes have grown that much! We've got a Patio Tomato plant, but it hasn't grown very much since we planted it. It does have a couple tomatoes on it, though, but it's such a tiny little plant. I think it needs more sun -- it's one we put in the bottom of a 5-gallon bucket, so most of the day, it sits in the shade of the bucket. The other two bucket tomatoes really took off once they grew out from under the bucket.

I would hate to be in the WRAL news room today! With the Easley & NCSU stuff, the ConAgra situation, AND the severe weather rolling through, those people have to be pulling their hair out today! They're all gonna need wigs by tomorrow...

Hey Angel,you are one of the thoutfulness,kindest,and sweetiest person here on golo.Thank you for dedicating the butterfly picture to me on your profile and your kind words.I will not lie to you,it brought tears to my eyes thank you.No my sister in law did not have surgery,big mess.She has tree Dr. that can not agree on any thing.She went in she thouight to have stint toke out from kidney but they had her sit up for major surgery.The surgon didn't want to do it.ONE DR. wanted to take stint out and se how she did with that and other Dr wanted to take stint out an put new in .lol She said when you have Dr. that can not agree she want going to do any thing so she told them she was leaving hospital and that is what she did.She will be visting us next week.Keith cousin passed a way late yesterday evening so trying to get guest room cleand for family members to stay here.Hope you are having a wonderful day.(((((Hugs)))))

Hey,sounds like Matthew.has a very loving and caring bus driver.I know she will miss Matthew.I rember back when my daughters bus drivers was a sweet lady as well.My daughter had been on a field trip and was on a field trip on the activity bus she stopped and had one of the children to get off the bus to tell us the activity bus that she was on had a wreck,she was not suppose to do this but thought it was so sweet and nice of her.Nice that school is going to be out but nie for the kids.My randdaughter will be graduating Friday and of course we all are going to gie her a big party.Then she will be going off to nursing school and her sister will be Dr.in a few short months.We are so proud of both these girls.Love ya! Tha Albino squirrel is SO CUTE! Me and Fuzzy have a tail less squirrel that hangs out on our back fence. We keep him (and yeah, when he turns around it is DEFINATELY a him) fat-n- happy with squirrel food all year long...
