And still the name calling. Ha. Maybe you should pick someone else to argue with, I will only be nice up to a point. I don't really care much for those without an intellectual argument trying to get those with one into a playground mudslinging contest.

No, some non smokers are trying to change the law in order to have their way. I did not go to another lake, I went to another part of it. The fact I blogged about it shows a way of working something out between people, not trying to get the jetskiers thrown off of the lake with laws. I knew when I went to the lake that there is a chance of running into them. If you go into a smoking establishment you stand a good chance of running into a smoker. You have no right to try to kick the smokers out, because you don't like it, just as I have no right to try to kick that jet skiers out. I have never heard of non smokers complaining when they go into a smoke free eatery.

Yes, I agree. Especially when you try to make it illegal for them to do something they can presently do.
I'm not trying to make this into a "mud-slinging" arguement as you are suggesting. If you feel that my intellect is beneath you and that I have no valid points, then ignore me. I have a sneaky suspicion you won't though. Someone has a powerful need to be "right." Good luck with that.
I am right. You are discriminating against people for something that you do not like. That is wrong. Judging by your previous comments about the special olympics, I guess I shouldn't be surprised by that.
