Thank you. Life is full of possibilities. It's amazing the advice I have overheard at the paint counters at the big box stores. I would venture to say 98% have never even painted before.

Thanks for the good comments on my blog about travel. If you fly to Chicago Ohare you may need to quit because I think they are 100% smoke free. As for your encounter with the lovely lady. In my days as a frequent traveler I concluded that most people were not interested in conversations with strangers so I generally leave fellow passengers alone while reading and listening to music. On this recent trip I described I did strike up a conversation with my female seat mate but it was mainly regarding the delays and reasons for that. So in short I guess people want to talk if there is some common interest like why the plane is aimlessly circling.

Hey Made! It's always good to hear from you. I can only imagine how beautiful that rainbow you saw was. Yes, it is nice here - and the weather is bringing in a lot of weekend people. The summer people will follow. I still pray for the return of Labor Day. Sorry, about that! I had to leave the island to buy gas this morning, and forget going into Food Lion! Oh, I must quit being selfish - it's the tourists that pay our salaries and keep the economy here going. I'll take some pics real soon to get you in the mood. So, my friend, start planning that trip!!

Classy mouse pad, for a classy fella! Now what are you doing on Tuesday? I think we need a live Primary blog. I am going to blog about our new cool feature for election night that will show the results by county, tomorrow. It's pretty awesome. -Angela
