Thanks for asking about the house. It sure has slowed down a lot, but hopefully that trend is changing. We ordered windows and doors this week and they'll be in by Tuesday of next week. We'll be framing in all the rough openings this weekend and installing next week, so hopefully I'll have some drastic updates to share.

The Models I have had the most luck with have been the Netgear WGR614 and the WGT624. I really like the WGT624, it's fast and has 108Mbps wireless built in, for less than $50... You can actually pick up it up at the Tigerdirect outlet store for $25 - $30, the wgr614 is usually around $20, however those are refurbished, but I have never had an issue with the refurbish netgear products.
