With all of the complaining that goes on here (some of you honestly seem incapable of doing anything else BUT complaining ...), GoLo has become depressing.
With the general trend towards the banal and inane, GoLo has become a waste of my time.
What is it about this place, which has so much promise of bringing people together to discuss ideas and learn from one another, that it brings out the worst in people instead?
You'll forgive me if I take my leave of it.

I wanted to ask you, regarding your book on the Federalist Papers...are you supporting Madison as the author of the disputed essays? I know Hamilton's list surely had errors. Thanks to Burr's bullet there was no opportunity for more insight from him. What little reading I have done on the topic seems to point to Madison, based on word choice and usage in the disputed essays. What do you think?

Hooking the Mac in is a no brainer. All you need to do is come off your preamp into the minijack of the Mac. Unless you really want to go nuts and get a sound card for the Mac itself.
Once you have the connection. go to your sound control panel and choose the input option to select the appropriate feed. Then get a copy of two pieces of software. Toast for digital ripping of CD and other digital sources and Analogue Ripper for the vinyl and direct from source. Toast you can get anywhere. I have been doing more research into the availability of online degree programs (through NC community colleges). I just found a paralegal program. There is also the option of a an associates in arts transfer. If I do that I have a slew of political science courses available to me. It makes sense to look to the school to which I would transfer for my bachelors degree. . . The question there is; Would it be better to have a "pre-law" degree? A political science degree? Or is there another area in advocacy that would still be useful toward a law degree?
