I endeavor to teach the fine points of Constitutional law and torts to eager young law students.
Occasionally, I also annoy Nancy, although I secretly like her.
Current projects include an amicus curiae brief in the matter of District of Columbia v. Dick Anthony Heller and a book (work in progress) exploring the disputed authorship of 12 essays in The Federalist Papers.

Fair enough! I was just curious. Wouldn't it be cool if some of the material could be traced back to my favorite revolutionary pamphleteer Thomas Paine! Just read "Common Sense" again the other day so it's still fresh on my mind.
