I felt 'not good' yesterday - L. taught school - She got home and we were both asleep at 5:30 woke up about 10 or half time of the game. Cooked dinner L. was back to sleep after the game was over. I may have made it until 1 - didn't get up until 6. I must have needed the sleep..... I haven't slept that long in a long time.

Thank you. Actually, you can cook anything in it just like you would an oven except it cooks faster and retains the juices.
I did another pork tenderloin last night. 20 mins per pound.
You do get a recipe book with the NuWave...I've been experimenting. Love to cook my frozen chikn wangs in it.
For the bbq'd chicken breast....13 mins one side, 10 mins the other.
