November 14th will be a big day in Raleigh with 3 separate events:
First, starting at 11:00 at Halifax Mall in downtown Raleigh
March on Raleigh. This event is being sponsored by Freedomworks, who also sponsored the March on DC on 9-12. This will include a march, followed by the rally on Halifax Mall.
Second, at approx. 3:00
Rally Against Amnesty for Illegals
at Bicentennial Mall which is between the museums on the block just north of the Capitol Grounds. You'll be able to leave Halifax Mall, walk across the bridge around the General Assembly building and the rally will be across the street from the front of the General Assembly building between the museums. This will last approx an hour.
Third, is the Freedom Festival which will begin sometime between 3:00-3:30 and will be on the east side of the Capitol grounds. There will be several groups represented there and guest speakers will include 2 candidates running against the incumbents, Brad Miller and David Price...Bill Randall who will be running aginst Brad Miller and Frank Roche, running against David Price.
So, make plans to attend all 3. This is part of taking our country back.

Ouch...For myself I woudl rather savor the subtle undertones of a full bodied, well aged vintage...than drink a common table wine. The latter is fine if you have a full plate to go with it...the former can stand , or recline on it's own.

This was what YOU posted on my profile. For such an older woman, I am surprised that you are filled with such hate. Especially for a Christian/Jesus follower.
I have yet to block or ignore anyone because I do believe in freedom of speech. Even the hatred that you tend to spew on a daily basis.
Best of luck to you, Tina Medlin. And maybe age will mellow your temper.

Have fun and take plenty of crucifixes and garlic. Oh, and a wooden stake wouldn't hurt either...
Enjoy the princess of Darkness... Is it me or is FHQWAD expressing subtle signs of buyer's remorse...? I bet he's ordered his Fathead poster of Sarah Palin to secretly put up in his bedroom...

No problem. Some people take this stuff WAY too seriously. We all need to be able to lighten up every now and then.

In this case, I would say only when an abortion is required for the health of the mother.
However, I would support "supplemental" insurance being offered at a higher rate for *any* elective surgery. That being paid by the consumer.
Also, I would support any medical intervention required after rape. Morning after pill, D&C, or rape kits.
Now, this gets a little slippery when you have to deal with rape not reported immediately, but I am sure an intelligent approach could be crafted for this and any other "what ifs" that would pop up.
